Celebrated Chef Tim McCaw oversees the Silver Sage Restaurant located in the Member Clubhouse and the SummerThyme Restaurant in the Guest Clubhouse.  Silver Sage features fine dining at sunset overlooking Castle Peak and serves a fresh Colorado and seasonal cuisine. Silver Sage is open to the public every night except Sunday and for special events.  Overlooking the 18th hole of the Tom Fazio course, SummerThyme is open daily for lunch to guests and the public.
